The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a written proposal or agreement.

Consultations, audits and meetings are scheduled by mutual agreement over phone, WhatsApp or email. We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm Pakistan time, with adjusted hours during Ramadan and public holidays. If you need to change an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice where possible. We will do the same for you.

Monthly services run month to month and can be cancelled with written notice before the start of the next monthly period. Project work can be cancelled in writing at any stage. Work completed up to the date of cancellation remains yours, and any accounts, assets or files created for you will be handed over on request. Nothing in this section relates to payment, which is covered in your written agreement.

By contacting us or using our services, you agree to receive documents, proposals, reports, notices and other communications electronically by email, WhatsApp or through this website. You also agree that information submitted through our online forms and approvals given by email or message have the same effect as a signed document.

The scope of every engagement is defined in writing. Work outside that scope is subject to a separate agreement. Results in search rankings, advertising and social media depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed by any provider.

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, the website and our services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of specific results, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Information on this website is general and may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketing Agency Multan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim connected with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose.

Work products created for you under a written agreement become yours on completion of the engagement as set out in that agreement.
